It looks so amazing. That 'Super Sprint' on the tail... takes me back.

Wanted to share this with the community for a long time. While most people focus on modding what's on the outside, I focused on modding the inside and keeping the vehicle road legal.

I will share the pictures below. It is modified with a 2011 model Karizma R. The whole inside of the bike is Karizma, Engine, Wiring, Battery, Carburettor and other paraphernalia. The engine cover and look of the engine is same as CBZ Star so as not to arouse suspicion.

And at the front. The disc is Karizma but was hand cut by my friend to bring out the design. Looks like Apache disc.

As you can see, Karizma starter kit is inserted. Engine cover along with engine number remains CBZ.

Silencer is Karizma but the plating on top is from CBZ so that it looks like CBZ at first glance.

Karizma battery is bigger so a frame was handcrafted to fit the battery on to the CBZ. The carburettor is placed below the accelerator coil cover.

Hi xbhpians,

After a lot of waiting period (personally),I 'd bought my baby Apache 160 4v (RR) yesterday with registration.

Today I rode the bike for 10 kms, after parking the bike ,I was hearing the "Tik-Tik" noise from engine !! (Yesterday bought the bike odo was 1 km)

What's the cause !?

The engine gets heated up much ,as I rode him only within city limits !!! (General thing on new engine).

But IDK what's the reason or myth about that ? Do you guys hear those nowadays or at the time when your Machines were new ??

Any depth info/ suggestions are welcomed !!


SORRY !!! For the pics without RVMs, I can't park the beast inside my home as the RVM s are extra bulgy and hitting the gate (while entering in). Hence I took it off!!

I'm sure you meant to put this in the 160 4V owner's thread or your own what bike thread where you confirmed you were going for 1604V.

My request is to kindly delete the post here and put it on the intended thread.

@kb100 has a similar build in his garage, he might be able to help you with any finer details as he'd built it on his own.
