If practice makes perfect..
Hello bikers, please give me some advice to improve my riding skills. I am a bit new to the street. It may sound a bit crazy, but how much time one should spend on his/her bike in one day to be a good rider and to have a nice feels of his/her machine?
Thank you in advance.Last edited by xBhp; 12-24-2018, 08:50 PM.Tags: None

I think, It's not about how much time you should spend on bike/per day. Rather start practising early in the morning or late night, when there is less traffic. Once you are comfortable, start in peak traffic hours.

Look for the Video/documentary called "Twist of the Wrist" by Keith Code. Some Riders refer to it as the Biking Bible. The learning from the video is insane. The story is a little boring to sit through but much to learn. Worth watching once every couple of months because as your experience and knowledge increases, you begin to understand more from the video.

First of all start riding in your own street because it is where will you actually learn to ride. Try riding in less traffic area so as you get comfortable first and get hands on experience after that try riding in traffic. Ride according to your skills and ability always follow the rule and do wear helmet.

And gloves too. A neighbour had an accident recently and all is well except his hands with a few stitches. Gloves are always ignored.Originally posted by Abhijit Jadhav View PostFirst of all start riding in your own street because it is where will you actually learn to ride.
