Recently, Government has announced that Aadhar will not be a mandatory proof for anything other than govt subsidiary schemes. But when I enquired one of the KTM dealer in Chennai, he told that Aadhar is must one to be submitted during vehicle registration. When I explained them about the government announcment, he told that 'Insurance and RC book will be linked to Aadhar, So it's mandatory.' I am in confused state now. Please provide a detailed clarification on this.
