Hello everyone. I was doing a full rebuild on my friend's Hero Honda CD100 (1993). Now the work is near to end. I am sharing some pics of this simple build.



I could not take all stages of the process (I have some pictures from repainting) because i was a little busy.

Clutch rebuild

Replaced new chain-sprocket kit

Fix all engine oil leaks ( Replaced some gaskets and oil seals

New electricals

New wiring harness
