No, I don't think they are going to relaunch cbr250r any time soon. The sales of cbr250r is extremely low (Only 8 sold in Oct 2019). Also, as you said there are almost no bikes in stock with the dealers. These could mean that Honda either put an end to CBR250r or is planning for a grand update. If it is the later, we should have started getting leaks, spied images or atleast company's update by now. Unless you are ready to wait for months just for an update, move on.
