Shifting from 10w30 to 10w40

Will it hurt my motorcycles engine if instead of using the manufacturer recommended 10w30 I use the 10w40 oil grade considering that the summer is looming. Hero has recommended 10w30 oil grade for the Xpulse 200T which I own.

I will be using the Motul 7100 10w40.

Also is the LiquiMoly 2526 10w30 Street as good as Motul 7100 for heavy traffic riding on an air cooled 200cc engine.
