3 months ago, I purchased a KTM 390 Duke from Noida. For the transfer of ownership, I obtained NOC to Delhi RTO. Now, my agent to whom I gave the documents for re-registration and 14,000/- rupees, cheated me and i am unable to reach him.

I don't have NOC RC and other paper.

1. Please help if anyone knows, what to do now or how to cancel the NOC in lost case because I want to transfer the ownership in Noida only.

2. What action can I take against that agent?

Please guys suggest me something.
