  • 15 year old Pulsar UG2

This is about a Bajaj Pulsar 150 UG2 (2005). It is my father's bike and I have been riding it for the last 6 years. Even after being that old and maintained relatively less properly, it is still almost on par with the new Pulsars. The maintenance is also cheap when compared to the newer ones. The only problem is finding new parts for the bike.

According to me, following are the pros of the bike:

    • No lack of power
    • Cheaper maintenance
    • 124 km/h top speed
    • No performance issues

    And here are the cons:

    • Too much vibration
    • Bad quality headlight

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

      THE END

Vibration is because of the wearing out of the 'main bearing' honestly dont know what was it but the mechs call it locally, also refresh the joints with rubber, later pulsars had rubber mounts at several points of the frame etc.
Headlight I agree, I replaced mine with the UG 1 and it works adequately
