SPEEDO CONSOLE THREAD.........

Ive had this problems a lot of time.....
Whenever i sit on a new Bike -- i had the problems of finding things.....when i sat on my friends FZ i had the problem of finding the observations in the console .....
So like me many would have had this problem..........

So for thats the reason this Thread.......

There are many unique Speedo Consoles......at now....there are many DIGITAL Consoles and after market digital consoles that have occupied the market.......

But we do not want those......there are many bikes available over the decades....

The consoles of Lambreta.... Java.....and even TVS 50 .......consoles pictures are also welcomed.......

If you have installed any aftermarket consoles in your bike --- u are very much welcome to post its pic and explain all the options in it.....

I belive there are hell a lot of bikes --- available so that we can see a vareity of pics tooo...... EYE CANDY

Here i give you my FLAME's Console.....the Only Indian 125cc bike to have a Digital Console......

This console is one of its kind was manufactured by SIEMENS....








The bright Orange light at the back
The console has
1 - Clock
2 - Trip meter
3 - ODO
4 - IMI
5 - Fuel Level Indicator
6 - Service Time indicator - Health Indicator
7 - Neutral Indicator
8 - Turn signal INdicator
9 - Low Fuel indicator
10 - Speedo in Analog( Look at the RED margins )


I would like to see more Consoles from our XBHPIAN's..........

R15's speedo console

here in this pic is r15's console

1.there are 5 lights neutral,turn indicator,engine overheat,engine malfunction and one for high beam

2.in the digital meter there is a fuel meter,odo meter,2 trip meters,speedo and when there is only 2lts of petrol in tank then instead of odo a trip meter comes up which is marked by 'F' and counts the distance done after the 2lts mark.

3.and then the last one that is tacho that is in analog.

My friend own a XCD 125 old one ,but he himself don't like the digi console ...it look like a small digital watch is been put there !!!!!!but I say what will you get in 45000INR

but the new XCD 135 digi console is a nice one ...Atleast better than the old one

Okie, here are 2 from my side.

1)Clicked when my ZMA did 1000 kms on the odo.

Do i need to say its got a tripmeter, digital fuel guage, clock, analog
speedometer and tachometer too I just love it!

2) My humble old Apache 150.

Guys, My Humble P180 Console begs for a space in this thread!! ... Features as below:

1. Digital Speedometer & Analog Tachometer,
2. Twin Trip Meters,
3. Fuel Gauge (that has more errors than the speedo!),
4. Neutral, High Beam, Indicators, Side Stand Lights.
5. Air Flow/ Fuel Level/ Stress Light. (Red Color)

Apart from that, it has Oil Temperature, Engine Disfunction, etc. indications that don't work at all. Maybe they are meant to work correctly in Pulsar 200/ 220, which have the same console...
