Karizma's only 1st gear is the same as CRF's. All other ratios are different. 6th gear of CRF and 5th of Karizma is almost equal.
Plus the engine is detuned, maybe for low end or mileage, who knows...
I wish HH could keep the same 6 speed box of the CRF. That would have solved the unequally spaced gear ratios- 3 close, 2 far. Didn't anyone tell them that RD350 already had a 6 speed gearbox back in the 80's?
