    Which one is the high rpm indicator in Pulsar 220

    hi
    While riding my pulsar 220 last night I could see the red light on the speedometer glowing intermittently . I have enclosed the pic of the light .
    Can some one tell me what does it indicate ? Is it the high rpm indicator ?
