Royal Enfield Rider Mania 2009 just opened registrations for the upcoming festival of biking in Goa between Nov 17-20th, 2009, earlier today.
Registration is Rs. 500 and they have enabled online payment as an option. That must come as quite a relief to those who cribbed about no online payment as an option for Himalayan Odyssey and more recently, the Tour of Rajasthan.
