        after discussin the above engine mods with some of the phirangs... they said the bike will touch 85-90 mph ( 137-145 kmph)... so kkepin this speed in mind the power output i guess will be arnd 25~bhp.

        they also suggested to do stage 1 cylinder head tunin ( what's this i have no clue.. is it similar to portin ,stages ) ... this will result into magical figure of 100 mph...

          well, Dont kno but I will say it all depends on progression with the mods.
          It might get u to 100 but its all slow process. I hope You start modding it soon and we see on that 3 figures mark sooner.

            i am in absolutely in no haste.. the mods will start from aug 2005. i just posted it just as a refrence to other bulleteers who might want to modify and have the sources to modify !!!

              BX350 is all set to roll man, i found a genius to undertake this project ... GuruNandan... yup man, heard it right .. the same GN of bullets : myths and mysteries fame. in our discussions, what was apparent was, he was more passionate to undertake this project than i.. and it is evident that BX350 is not just a modded bull, but a altogether a diff engine.. revised bore*stroke, 5 or maybe 6 speed gaerbox, pistons, cylinder heads etc etc ..

              forget the pulsars and zma's man, the BX350 will kick even the comet 250's ass.

                      Hi, Bullets have so much potential, but since every moving part in the bullet is so damn heavy it loses out big time. Not trying to discourage you though, I feel al the things you've mentioned should get you a totally different and quicker bullet. By now you must have figured out about lightening the critical components like crank n piston.

                        exactly rohit... all the internal parts made of iron will be replaced by aluminium (piston) and steel (con rod, valves , rockers etc)

                        by doin this we have a much faster bullet and more importantly much more reliable bullet !!!!

                          Well then, Good luck dude, if you pull this off I'm sure many new toy boy racers riding the comet would regret spending their 1.7L. But this would happen only if your bike makes in excess of 30bhp and has a higher power to weight ratio than the comet, try to lighten the entire bike by more than 30kg, maybe much more could be possible heck i dont know jack **** about bullets.

                            30 bhp is possible but that right on the limit... but 24-25 bhp is a definate possibilty and i think that's where my bike will end up 24-25 bhp. with a max top speed of 140kmph

                                Hey Prodigy man.. I have a little doubt..

                                How exactly dya plan to REDUCE the STROKE??
                                You'll have to get New conn rods, new crankshaft, new crankcasing.. etc etc..
                                All this for.. what I feel is not much of use..
