      hemank - from a chassis perspective (engine vibrations) and weight distribution, the ideal engine for this bike would be a 125 or 150 2-stroke single cylinder from Yamaha/Honda. The weight will actually be lighter than a comparable 4-stroke, dimensions smaller and the bike will handle brilliantly. Putting a RD350 or bigger engine in there isn't going to help the handling.

        The chassis is not of an R15 my friend. It is a replica of a FZR 600 with a few modifications.appreciate ur interest - PS observe the tank is smaller than the Delta box frame.

          The wheels and brakes are also of a 600 - monoshock is of a fz6.... sooo I guess That solves ur vibration, handeling, acceleration (torque handeling) , n braking problem.
