Lucky you Mumbai guys!!! But opening right infront of RE is a great idea & makes me LOL. Again, I would attribute it to British & not India. So its UK vs US.Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle
Awareness + Skill is what keeps you out of harm's way
ATGATT + Awareness + Skill means you might Live To Ride another day

interesting, dunno if it will benefit RE more though
personal thoughts
e.g. Mr A visits the HD showroom --> checks out the bikes -> finds them a bit expensive -> walks out of the showroom -> see's RE -> finds them cheaper -> books 1Automobiles saga till date......
KTM Duke 390 - current bike
Bajaj Pulsar 180 Dtsi V1 (Red)
Bajaj Pulsar 180 Classic (Red)

You are comparing apples to orange. No doubt RE and HD are torque cruisers but they are also of different class. The person entering HD would already have RE in his garage. I think you should think the opposite, guys who buy RE are basically making a statement and when they see HD showroom they will defiantly visit it and 2% chances are RE might lose a customer.Originally posted by killer_instinct View Post^^+1

Thats like saying somebody walks into the Maruti Showroom @ Worli but ends up buying a BMW instead from across the road.
No.
I feel that RE riders will buy their RE's, but the HD's across the road will leave lasting aspirations, and probably, a few years down the line, when it's time to upgrade, they'll follow the Screamin' Eagles...4 wheels move the body, but 2 wheels move the soul!!
