    Wow. Long lost memories.......

    man even i remember watching each and every episode. And asking my dad for the same bike once i grow up. Probably my love for 2 wheels started with this series only.

      Very happy to know that i'm not the only one to go nostalgic when ever i listen to 'Tangerine Dream' (the street hawk theme).

      Jhonny Soko and Giant Robot - I remember i cried when the robot went dead in one of the episodes.

        This series started almost 17 years ago and last year Knight Rider was repeated in Star World. Know it should be the turn of Street Hawk.
        Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.

          The streethawk bike still looks radical even in these times.I always wished a production bike that crazy.The black Hayabusa comes closest.I think that bike also had the concept of nitro as I remember that scene where.....................10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0 WHAAAAAMMMM....................................... .ZOOOOOOM.......through the tunnel and streets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lights refelcted very fast on that black helmet........I always had thought that I would one day ride that fast.But sorry Indian roads and my Shogun doesnt permit it.And a small laser gun was also a crazy bit.In recent times the Batbike in the Dark Knight comes closest in that on screen bike craziness.

            That "nitro" was called Hyperthruster in the Street Hawk series.

            I don't remember any TV serials from my childhood days except for Street Hawk, Knight Rider and Automan. These were the most exciting shows to watch (apart from the ads, which were supposed to be for me ). Now, when most of my friends are engrossed in watching the Heroes and Prison Break series, I recently completed the 2nd run of the Street Hawk, Season 1. Only one season was released, which had 13 episodes.

              Yup,those were he days when DD was good. Streethawk and Knightrider were my favorites.I was six then. Dont remember if it was broadcasted in Hindi or English.

                It was telecast in English. Distinctly remember the language if nothing else

                    GooD Old Times

                    The serial was broadcast every sunday at noon (around 12pm). This bike has been the very cause for my biker instinct. God i miss those days.

                      can somebody tell me where or how can i get the dvd's of this superb show,i always remember that part when the bike floats in the air to search for the villain gang,i was too small then to understand but could somebody explain??????

                          The DVD's probably arent available anywhere except on Amazon and ebay. That too, them being copies made from the torrent ive posted earlier in the thread..

                          Id suggest downloading the episodes from the torrent. Ive downloaded eight of the twelve and the quality is really good

                          The bike launching itself into the air is explained to be the result of a compressed air blast from two vents beneath the bike. Watch the pilot episode and you'll get the picture

                            Hey kevin mali check for the link that MavericK46 gave. Thanks MavericK46 for the link. I have completed the file downloads (all of them) and since there are two (2 files actually) episodes, which has corrupted files. But, no probs, all the rest are ok and of good quality. It surely makes remember of our good old days. It's my childhood, when I used to skip the hostel room-study and went to one of our's favourite teacher's (maybe he's favourite at that time, since he let us watch the show, and don't complain to the hostel super or parents ) room to watch the show. Today, now, I used to watch the same shows with my son, who is 2 yrs and 3 months, and he used to stare at the show, whenever the music starts (just like myself, only 16-17 years before or maybe more). It sure is the return of our old memories.

                              Dude. Torrents don't have corrupted files.
                              However, sometimes files get corrupted due to a single packet/some packets being corrupted during transfer.

                              Do a manual hash check on the corrupted files and the corrupted packets will be downloaded again by your torrent client
