Clutch problem for p220

I HAVE A P220 WHICH IS 2 WEEKS OLD. I FINISHED THE FIRST SERVICE OF THE BIKE YESTERDAY BUT IM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE CLUTCH. IT DOESNT RELEASE FULLY.& GETS STUCK IN MIDDLE WHICH has affected the performance badly.i told the mechanic at the service station and he told me that the screw could be tight and he would get it fixed. but it still remains the same. im really dissapointed with the serv
ice. what should i do to get this fixed. please help....
