Chennai is really a big city... Do a bit of Surf around..
                Try Pudupettai..

Also have a look at the JunkYards for body parts. If you wanna buy Geunine parts go to a good and kind big dealer.

                All the best..

Its true that one can get anything & everything sold in India at Pudupet; but the reliability is a big question mark, unless one doesn't want genuine spares, otherwise one needs to trust someone & buy, again no guarantee

I'd say build a good rapport with dealer & they'll order the parts for you from BAL. I'm not sure KLN will do it, anyway, worth giving a try. I once needed BYK's speedo cable & KLN did that very reluctantly to me; May be if you order in bulk with dealer or may be with an independent automotive spare parts dealer, they might help.

carb is same , connecting rod is different as 125 has a larger gudgeon pin (learnt it the hard way) , rtz onwards the 100 had provision for powerbox / resonator in the engine , the 125 never had the powerbox , 100 had a 42 teeth rear sproket while the 125 had a 41 teeth one

Thanks dear for your reply. i'd recently sourced one KB 125, ina decent looks and condition. but need a rebuilt soon. so started the spare hunting. i'd seen that you brought the cylinder kit in your restoration thread (i know it was a long ago), is there chance to get one for my 125 now,? where.? and all other parts for future. the service manual which you posted is not available right now, could you please share if you can.

                          Thanks
