  • Help Regarding Finding Good Work Shop for HH

    Hi All,

i am owning ZMA and facing some problems in it.Its only one year old and done around 15K till now.

I have pointed this problem to my HH workshop like 2 times but all they did like changing the oil and cleaning the filters only ,i guess they don't know beyond this..
I am putting up near Anand Vihar (New Delhi)

Can any one suggest me a best(Good) HH workshop/Mechanic where i can get the service to my satisfaction as my current HH workshop (Dilshan Garden) is not up to the Standard

Any help suggestion in this regard will be much appreciated.

    Thanks in Advance
    -Umesh

The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

So what's the problem Umesh? If you elaborate the issues, probably the experts here can suggest some DIY stuff or ask you to explain in better terms to the HH.A.S.S & at the same time provide you measures on controlling them.

Thanks for the Quick Reply here is the detailed explanation of the problem i am facing

i am feeling a strange problems in my ZMA last time it was having some problem in front wheel so asked Hero Honda workshop person to fix it,he just open up the handle did something with hammer not on high volume and than placed everything in place.

it worked for few days than the real problem started when i am on low speed and with a fellow rider the handle never remains that constant and a feel of vibration always there and on that handle has so much amount of inconsistency that on low speed and in traffic jams its very hard to put it in good way

all i have to do all the time like to put lots of pressure on Handle to make it stable..this problem is there all the time but with fellow rider it is on peak.

another problem i found that whenever i am applying break on a bit speed 50+ it seems that the bike never stops in a steady way as my ZMA was use to but it always drift to a side a feel like rare wheel skids a bit when u apply break.

i already asked my service center guys 2 times but i guess they only knows to change the oil clean the filter and wash the bike.

I hope i am able to put up my problem in good way

So what was it? Wobbling? Shaking? Vibration? Swings? Pls elaborate. I'm assuming it should be truing or something, unless you confirm it.

From what you explain, I'm assuming it should be wobbling on the front wheels. Are you able to feel vibrations after certain speeds & after crossing it does the vibration fades off?

I hope you've an alloy wheels, if that's the case, try doing a wheel balancing or take it to a good wheel truing workshop who does it on alloy wheels; I repeat, good truing workshop combines with who does it on alloy wheels which is more important.

If you've good rapport with HH.A.S.S, then, try fitting a front wheel from another ZMA & check if the issues are resolved.

              Thanks for the detailed explanation.
and yes its a mix of Wobbling+Shaking+Swings

and yes its there, always but when i am with fellow rider the wobbling and Shaking is on peak.

will follow what u have suggested and dats why i am also asking about a good workshop around Delhi

Ok, in addition, get your cone set checked along with the forks. Check for the following...
                1. The race balls are intact
                2. Adequate SOFT greese applied for lubrication
                3. The stem nut is sufficiently tightened
