  • [Help]: Peculiar issue with the Bull

    Hello All,

I have a comepletely revamped 85 Bullet. After all the work done on it, its running superbly but only one glitch which is itching. When the bike is parked for more than 4-5 hours it takes a long time to get the bike started. I have changed the electricals to 12v to the previous 6v. The battery is also a brand new 12V- 9Amp.

Help required from all Thumpers and seniors members is highly appreciated for solving this nagging issue.

    Happy Thumping

What work did you get done on the carburettor if any??

If not, change the float needle, check the decompression valve( in the head of the engine ), and the spark plug cap for proper contact ( im guessing you've replaced the spark plug already )

My offerings to the gods of speed -

      - KTM Duke 200
      - Yamaha RXZ 5 speed
