precisely we looking for CG designer how can work with us.
the task to complete will as follows.
1. desing CAD for existing 350cc engine,
2. redesigne the carnkshaft, and crankcase (all new),
3. redsigne the cams, and push road machanism,
4. mirror image of existin piston head,
5. designe the oil flow in the engine.

if someone is out there and can do it, plz help us out, one person don't have to do all as many others are also involve in the project. the designed file could be shared on-line and work could be done by helping each other.

we still looking for the step 1. i.e. a CAD of existing 350cc. if u have plz up load it. we need dimention and area and frame structure to know in wat area we have to put two heads of engine.

u r questions are the direction for us, plz ask questions and suggestions are our guidline. thanx.

this link will give a solidwork project, in the 3d they have show,
two heads and crankcase, external geomentry only.
we need same model for the 350cc royal enfield. Including gearbox and cluch box, (external).

we are now with two designers,

, both are good and know their work !
guys now we need a blue prient of old engine model. so If someone has it. plz up load it here.

if we can progress like this we can have it in 5 months. so plz try to help us out, for love of bike and to make our own v twin.
