new karizma ZMR tappet making noise

Hi Friends,

I have bought a new herohonda ZMR on the 23rd july 2010. The vehicle is smooth with no problems except engine tappet noise. From the day one, i am hearing the tappet noise when the engine gets heated up. have got the teppet set twice by the HH workshop in mahim but again the noise has started Why is the noise coming and whether it affects the engine of the vehicle? I have driven my vehicle 400 kms. Please provide me with a solution.

Set the tappets twice in 400kms, that means u got the fairing opened twice .
Well in new bikes until the engine gets set the tappets will be bit lose. Don't panic if its tappet noise.
