Whats so shocking about the price?

EMI schemes for SBKs are highly unlikely.
And moreover since you are coming from USA, you want have sufficient documents like Residence proof, income proof etc etc.

          hi fellas,

dont know about the financing schemes of honda and yamaha but harley does provideyou with such kind of schemes....
going by the market trend the interest rates should be similar so you can see your emi over there...

now the emi depends on two things....
          1. downpayment
          2. number of years

chk this link out it will give you an approximate idea of how much emi will be there depending on the above two things...

          Harley-Davidson India - EMI Calculator

so basically to calculate for honda fireblade or the r1 just select a model whose price is equivalent to that of the desired bike...

The price is higher because of 105% import duties.

                              Guys hold on.

We are making no sense by discussing this.
It may not be possible in near future at least.
There are many reasons why govt imposes High duties on super bikes/cars.
                              Some of them are -
                              1. Make sure local items have an edge
                              2. High cc bikes are fuel guzzlers, so petrol demand goes high, n ultimately causes effect on GDP
                              3. Common psychology is that, sbks are owned by riches, n it really does not matter how costly sbk is, they will buy it anyway. So, imposition of high duties earns govt few (many actually) extra bucks

So, asking govt to stop imposing higher duty is like somebody asking you to give up on you HRA from salary.
