What all does your kit include?
And is the power loss throughout all RPM ranges or in a particular range?

Can you describe the issue in a bit more detail..

        Update on my previous post

        Major problem with 4th,5th & 6th gear
initial pick up are excellent as 2nd gear bike reach 85kmph & 3rd 105kmpr very smoothly & fast but 4th onwards engine not supprot the top end speed & max it reach to 125kmpr on a long stretch road.

I change whole racing kit(From Daytona) including:
        1) ECU
        2) High lift Cams
        3) Exhaust
        4) Break kit

        Thanks

There you got the expert answering your question...
It might also be a good idea to check if your head has any traces of oil leak.. A badly cap'ed head could be a problem.

Trust your tappets are set up properly

@ satyen and Killer: Thanks for your inputs.

He has resetted his clutch bell a month back for the same reason. Right now his bike is running with stock sprockets. Daytona has 13T front and 3 rear sprocket(40T, 42T and 44T) config. Can you pour some inputs on these sprockets and its performance.
He want top speed. Which sprocket will deliver him the top most speed.
What is the top speed of Daytona kitted R15? The proven true speed.
He has clocked 32K+. I guess he has to change his piston rings to get the compression back. What say?

                Hi Govind,

                1) Check tappets, get the clearance readjusted. Wrong tappet clearance will make the bike sluggish.
                2) Change Air filter / Oil filter
                3) Replace spark plug, try NGK Iridiums
                4) How about engine oil ?, Is that Yamalube or any other make
                5) Front Sprocket

                  They already checked the tappets
                  2) Change Air filter / Oil filter
I did service last month only & they said these r ok
                  3) Replace spark plug, try NGK Iridiums
They already change the spark plug but i don't know wat they put as i have not yet taken the bike back
                  4) How about engine oil ?, Is that Yamalube or any other make
                  fully synthetic Agip
                  5) Front Sprocket
                  14 Teeth

Am going to take ride today as they asked for then update u all
                  Thanks for ur concern

Its no fault of the bike. Thats all that kit can generate. After spending some 38k, you get 1.5bhp at peak and thats all.
We have examples pumping over 22-24bhp on bangalore streets which costs less than this package!
My daily ride is a 25+ bhp R15.
That kit will give you decent acceleration in the lower 2 gears and thats about it. The volumetric efficiency then takes a back seat. There is no masala in the kit to make good power. So thats about it.
Million visits to the showroom wont solve the problem. Thats all it can deliver.

most of the guys at the service centre have very little or no gyaan abt racing kits ,think twice abt trusting them.
just put a fz rear sprocket (40tooth)for more topend instead of buying a daytona one,u will lose initial pick-up ,beware.

155kmph is just not possible for A 150CC, just as joel said this is the max that ur bike will put out,
u must gone for a big bore 180cc kit before buying this kit ,or simply waited fot the ninja
