  • Ex-showroom and registration process for Ninja 250R

    Hi,

Does anyone has an idea about the MRP of Kawasaki Ninja 250R? I read it was 2.69 Lac but probiking vasant vihar gave me a quote of 2.75 Lac and probiking noida gave me a quote of 2.79 Lac.

Another thing that I wanted to ask was that how easy is it to get the bike registered in the noida authority by self given that we have all the paperwork from the probiking outlet. The reason for this is that I need the black color which is available at vasant vihar outlet but they cannot get it registered in Noida. They said they will give me all the documents required with a temporary number and I just need to take those documents to the noida authority to get it registered.

    Cheers,
    Asif

best left to the dealer to carryout. Tell him your requirement and he will get it registered accordingly. The price difference could be due to taxes etc, but look at the final price, with registration, road tax and insurance.

you will have to shell out some extra money. temp registration charges + permenant registration charges.

i had taken the bike from chennai by temp registration and has to register at vellore where i stay. i presume about 2000 rs extra for me for this. but i have no choice as i stay at vellore.

it is reccomended you avoid this as far as possible as dealer will not assist you for your permenant registration at your place.( you are at mercy of RTO)

Asif, please note that this would be much more complicated in your case. Chennai and Vellore fall under the same RTO, however Noida and Delhi dont. So it would be best suggested to talk to the dealer and see if he can manage this.

But technically speaking, yes, it is very much possible. Just too many formalities and paper work involved.

sure thing, I think it will take another 10-15 days for me to get the permanent registration once I take my bike on sunday but i think i can ride in noida till then.

Where can I find good tank pads for the bike, I doubt if the probiking outlets will have them? Any other accessories worth going for at this moment?
