IMO, Avenger is good looking with spoke wheels; anyway, its your taste to change. I hope Avenger comes with 17" wheels isn't it? Why not choose an alloy wheel from Pulsars? Should be a straight fix.

          Chngeover not worth

The pulsar wheel doesnt fit into avenger directly unless changes in drum are made. These are not made in the show room,so u will have a spare drum which is of no use and u cant sell that easily as well.So waste of money.Added investment on alloy and tyres(as avenger tyres doesnt fit into the alloys). As aargee;487892 said the avenger looks good with spoke wheel itself and had got technical significance as well. The alloy wheel cannot take the punishment of indian roads as good as spoke wheels. If u have a bend it requires a straight replacement( Repairing bent alloys strictly not advicable) where as the bend can be easily removed for a nominal cost.It will cost u around 3k per wheel.Trust me u will surely repent for changing over to alloys.Anyways its your choice to change over or not.

            Thanks phanikar & aargee.

I was intending to put chrome plated alloy wheel in the avenger. Something similar to the image i attached

But as you guys are saying it may impact the performance I belive i have to give a second thought about the idea

Any ways, did any body tried putting alloys on avenger? It would be great to know their experience.

i am new to xbhp...and am also buying an avenger in a couple of days..
after a little searching i found that alloy wheels are not a good option for avenger...it looks good in spoke anyay..
but if u do want to change to alloy...go for the alloys like the ones in hyosung gv 650...
itll provide much more security than the other ugly looking ones..
