    2 Strokes in India

    Well, guys I am in a big confusion.

    LML NV Advertisement I saw on TV says that it is available in both 2 stroke and 4 stroke.

    But the last I heard was that 2 strokes were banned in India.

    So how is LML still selling 2 strokes in India?

      Well, I haven't seen any ad. But from my understanding, the two strokes are not banned in India, its just the manufacturers cannot meet the emission control norms with 2 stroke & hence they found manufacturing 4 strokes relatively easier to meet with the norms (which obviously the Govt wants).

      May be, May be, LML is manufacturing a 2S that meets the regulation.
