    hi guys..
    i ve a 2007 unicorn. i ve ticked 40k and i ve put a new bore. for the past few months i ve noticed that, after i drive for like 10 km the engine gets hot. and when it does get hot, it feels very rough. there is a small loss in power too. i ve tried to get it serviced at kun honda and few mechanics. but no one has been able to fix it. has any one else faced the same problem. please help me out. where do u think the problem lies

      I would think it could be because of lean mixture. Check the carb settings. SVC tends to keep the setting to lean for mileage, however, in the longer run tends to develop issues. This is one of them.

      My bike has run 45k and have not changed bore till date from 2005. Since you have changed the bore, should not run lean and need to keep the RPM mellowed while riding.

      You will need to check with SVC to check if the carb is tuned just right(not too lean nor rich). Infact ask them to completely clean the carb.
