I got the Remote for my bike fixed today .

Brand : Firewall 45 ( Xenos )
Color : Black with silver cup
Cost : 1300 including Fitting

It has the following features .

Shock Sensor with adjustable sensitivity, or
Ignition security
Arm/Disarm chirps
Silent Arm/Disarm
Vehicle locate in parking area
Panic mode
Code hopping
Vehicle Immobilizer
Remote start
Remote Off

After installing it,did it spoil any theft of your bike

Yes you are right , i myself resolved the query . I work for pricol and we have our sister concern Xenos . They make this product .Did not think much further .Its good no problem till date .Only thing that if i forget to unlock alarm system & the bike is parked some where , some one shakes it a bit the alarm kiks off . They might be taking their bike out and by mistake they would have shook it a bit . So i have to remember that always . Thats a pain ha ha . Its an added gizmo for the bike .You park it in front of a shop and while coming out switch on the engine remotely , it actually scares people around & there is a panic button which you can activate if you see some child pampering your bike .I am loving it .

hey I m from Mumbai... n i've recently bought Yamaha R15.. i've been looking for such security device since then...
Can u tell me if it's available in Mumbai?

And does it have any warranty? Is it waterproof...?
How long have u been using this..? and any problem..?

Some kids like fiddling with that intentionally!

Hi ketan_r15 .

Sorry for the late reply . I was in my native where there is no net . To answer your question .I am also new to the system .Its working well for me .I had my first service done with the equipment on the bike . No problem as such .The security system dose have one years warranty . The equipment fitted in the bike is waterproof , But not the remote . Yes it is available in Mumbai .

Thanx a lot man... that was really helpfull... i'll surely check with them...
as of hearing ur experience with the device, i feel it safe to go for the device... so will surely get it fitted on the bike..

Anyways..can u help me in another matter plz?
well can u tell me wht brand of while light bulbs/xenons i shud go for, for my R15? and where can i get those in Mumbai. I check at Lamington rd, but i didnt find them trust worthy. any other place plz?

hi i have a honda unicorn sports model, well i have but blackkat on it. and it is working good i must say. it has the same features like xeons. But yes I have made the sensor to sence in the lowest version on 1 level.

well i have all the features and it came for 400 Rs +50 Rs installation ..
its some chinese brand .. working from a year without and problem and still going strong

He bro the 2007 Uni model , the one which came out in RED , BLACK , SILVER with Stickers on them . Those are referred as Uni Sport models .
