COming to the problem with my bike:
I have a pulsar 150 ug2 which has don around 26k kms. Recently at about 25000 kms i got the block piston set and the valves changes since my bike was not able to keep the idling rpm and the bike used to give white smoke when revved very hard.....So i got it changed and i am happy now that the bike is again able to keep the idling rpm.....As per the rules for new piston during break in period i have driven my bike at not more than 55 kmph at the 5th gear till about 1100kms........I noticed that initially my bike was giving me a fuel service of around 62kmpl.....I was stunned because of that n i went to the mechanic to decrease the mileage since the engine was getting too hot....but he ignored by saying that 4stroke bikes only need good circulation of engine oil and nothing else..........but i noticed that my bike was getting too much heated up than my friends new pulsar.......Then by reading the forum topics oneday i tuned my bike n drove my vehicle.....The spark plug reading was correct....It was like a dark brownish colour......So i was happy about that n that time i got a mileage of around 55kmpl.....Recently on an empty road i wanted to revv up my bike.........Here the problem started with my bike........I started revving up my bike and my bike started giving jerks at about 70 kmph......then i decreased the acceleration throttle and again started pulling the throttle but it went on givng jerks as if my fuel tank was empty whereas it was not........so i changed my fuel supply from main tank to reserve and then the problem got solved....but again when i gave the supply to the main tank then my bike rode form approx. 18kms.....So i was shocked seeing that.....This incident happened couple of times and so i am very disappointed with my bike which used to be my black horse for 5 years....Also these days i noticed that the engine sound has become shrill instead of that deep noise which used to come when i used to revv my bike earlier.......The engine is also rough.........No one over here is able to give me a correct solution...SO i need your help guys..Please help me out with my problem guys....It will be of great help to me and my bike....


.....But i just followed the break in procedure which was there in the manual!!!!
