I have purchased Apache RTR 180 10 days ago and have done 500kms. I have been driving it around 40-50kmph all the time, but a few times i have touched 90kmph. I wanted to know if some one had a bad experience after not following speed limit during first 1000 kms. I cant really wait my bike to complete 1000kms to cross 50kmph.

There is no harm done if you do take the bike upto 90km/hr. a couple of times before the run-in. Although, the manufacturers don't recommend it, but it is not a hard and fast rule as such. Modern day machines are made to withstand high speeds (and temperatures), during the 1st kilometre itself. So, it isn't going to an issue, really.
Just make sure you get her serviced at the right interval to get the optimum performance from your RTR180.
