  • Upsweapt Silence for Royal Enfield Classic

    Hello Bikers,

After a looooooooongggggggg waiting period, i finally got my Royal Enfield Classic 350... I want to get the new upswept silencer for my bike... This silencer comes only for the Classic series...

I need reviews, suggestions on this silencer as to weather it is good or i should go for other after market silencers..

Also, there's a heavy shortage for this upswept silencer in the showroom i bought (Dhone Automobiles, Pune), if anyone know other places in pune from where i can get the upswept silencer, please let me know..

    Thank you

The silencer does look good, but i believe is very expensive if i am not mistaken ( around 6k or something ). What you can do is look around for local copies, which im sure must have come by now, because here in faridabad, my friend got one installed on his electra 4S.

        Thanks jd666,

the silencer is not expensive it comes for 2500, the only problem is it's not available with my dealer since few months..
Also i needed review of it before finalizing..
I'll check out other after market silencers too...

^^ thats quite reasonably priced. It should have lesser baffles than the stock exhaust, so i would recommend installing it after covering atleast 4-5000 kms on the bike.

why not short bottle or goldstar silencer?

Go to Roadshaker's website. You will find the address and contact details of Shree Auto parts. Try your luck there for the exhaust. I have heard that all bulletiers go there for genuine parts....

If you are looking for the thump, and not too keen on the shape, why don't you think of short bottle one? Does it not fit on C350?

Also, check with Sans Inc. They make goldstar replica silencers.

BTW I have got my Standard 350 UCE delivered last week. Have done 135 km so far and will change the silencer (to short bottle) once I cross say 2000 km.

PS: I am based in Pune too :-)

            Cheers!
