The chap who's done this has simply taken two of the right side fork tubes. The right side fork tube contains the caliper mountings.

Using two of them also means one caliper is reversed, as seen in the pic.

The second disc can be welded on to the rim, or perhaps some other method of attachment.

Is a 220S really that powerful to warrant a twin disc setup in the first place?

Is welding the second disc onto the rim the best way to do this?

I've seen this kinda setup before too on the RDD dreams RD with FZ forks, looks hawt

does it make any sense i think Co has given quite good front and rear disc to control the bike, the above done alteration is looking a cheap road side modification where there is no logic and does not make any sense, the person who has done it i may say is a real donkey, what does he want to prove

If am not wrong the fiero had its front disc on the opposite side as the pulsars, can it's front fork and disc setup be used with an aftermarket front alloy wheel...

In a country where people modify their pulsars into hayabusas and R1s, I think this is a very good mod. Agreed that this is more of an visual upgrade than to have any serious performance gains, but it does make sense to do to for a stunt bike. (I searched for where the pic was taken from, this guy is a member of korrput riders, a stunting team.)

Whether the person is donkey or make any sense or not, I too would ask - Why? The bike bikes have the double discs in the front because of the monstorous torque. Anyway, choice is upto you

If a quality work needs to be done, get the welding job done.

PS - On the other hand, why should the welding be done? Why not buy another left suspension & replace it on the right side?

you dont need a dual disc setup on the 220. unnecessarily adding more weight.

the P220 does kinda need slightly better breaking up front...
but a twin disc setup is prolly overkill.

and the the calipers being of the opposite sides of the disc looks gaudy.

the point is, a single large disc brake with min. two callipers, would have done better for P220...anyway our roads are not that fast lanes, where anyone can really use a strong front-brake like that...350+ cc sport-tourer can better have dual, but not for any bike below that mark.

Motorsport is fun. Safety is a mandate. Be in shape & ride long
