  • P220 Fi problems

    Hi
    I have a 2008 Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi model. Currently i'm having a lot of problems with it.
Right now i'm not able to start the bike. The 'self check' doesnt happen. No reading on the speedo when the key is in ON position.
Roll Start method didnt work.As i had no options I took to a battery mechanic nearby and tried jump starting. But this wouldnt work either. If a new battery is connected to the terminals the Speedo lights up and at the bottom left end it says 'ecu' and goes off again.
    Any idea what this means?
The PBK guy says i have to bring it there to diagonise the problem. But right now that seems impossible with the condition the bike is in.
    Please HELP!
Any ideas on what the problem might be?

I'm not sure if this is related but about a week back my low beam projector stopped working and i thought it needs replacing and kept riding.

    Thank you for any help.

When u switch on the key is there anything showing up on the console ? check the connections under the fairing. Secondly, have u tampered with the bike. right next to the battery, there is a fuse. check if the fuse is blown.
