Is It Possible to Swap Honda shine's Gearbox?

I am having a honda shine. I am satisfied with all its aspects except its top end because on reaching 80 itself its producing huge vibrations.So someone please enlighten me Is It Possible to Swap Honda shine's Gearbox with Honda Stunner's gearbox?
Help me please people i need your advice and suggestions
(P.S plz dont tell me to change the bike)

Query Locked.

It is a very complicated process, and not really worth it since the engine of both the bikes are the same; the only difference being that the Shine has a 4-speed gearbox whereas the Stunner has a 5-speed one.
