    thanks for advice @psr
    i have done 45k on odo. and often used to rip my bike but for sort time.
    please can u guide about AFR (full form). how to read spark plugs so i can guide the mech.

    @jawad_emt thanks for advice please also tell me about how to fugure out insulation or do it insulate properly please guide further

    @indrajeet_thakur thanks for your advice please tell me how to create seprate earth for CDI (i think this is the problem with my bike)

      By this time at 45K Kms you should have changed at least 4 sets of spark plugs. AFR is the abbreviated term for Air Fuel Ratio. If you take out the spark plug and see, the center part of the plug which is the firing tip should be chocolate color.White color indicates lean AFR and Black sooty color high AFR(Rich),and sticky black color indicates oil leak into the chamber.

        correct sir,
        i have recently changed spark plugs. spark plugs are black. so now what to do further.

          The reading gives two possible answers.
          1. The bike is running a Rich Air Fuel Ratio....OR,
          2. The bike's rings are worn out and engine oil is entering the combustion chamber.
          To find out do the following.
          If the black coating on spark plug is DRY and Sooty then the bike is running rich and need to be tuned.
          If the black coating is wet then the bore and piston rings are worn. this may be further confirmed by engine oil consumption and if you run your finger inside the exhaust out let when it is COLD,you will get a sticky black coating on finger....If it is so then you need to rebore and go for a new piston and rings.

            i checked it out and it is sooty black also checked exhaust but no stick ness and no black smoke coming when high rev.
            also did tuned to lean. but still some time (today) when i used to start bike, atleast 2-3 crackers sound produced and then all is well.
            is that related to cdi earthing or wiring harness.

              If the spark plug coating is dry black and you have no wet sticky coating at the exhaust end,mostly you are running a rich mix only.....this should not cause mis fires as you mention.
              I think the valves are not seating properly and may need looking into..esp., the exhaust one.could be due to carbon deposits... have it checked and corrected.

                  Read my previous post..I suspect that the engine's, single overhead cam (SOHC)shaft valves are not seating properly...checking and correction can best be done at BASS or any knowledgeable mechanic.

                    i agree with PRS........ forget CDI insulation thing.

                      problem solved

                      guys,
                      i dont know how but after replacing clutch plates kit changed. now no futt futt sound no huccups every thing fine. only vibrations increased on speed of 80 and above. may be its because of chain sprocket.
