    EngineOil leaking problem in Pulsar 180UG4

    Hi friends,

    3 months ago i bought a brand new pulsar 180 UG4 , its covered 3300 kms now. i think i have a problem in my engine. after driving for only 10-15 kms the engine gets heated enormously . also now a days im observing that the engine oil is leaking from the engine head joint . and i user bajaj dtsi 10000 engine oil, what to do with this problem. do any one had experienced the same with pulsar 180 UG4?

      is it leeking from the right hand side of the engine? a black seal is there on the engine. that must be leaking.
      same case with my P150 2-3 months back. got it changed for 70-80 bucks and no probs till then..

        Probably, the black seal near the RHS spark plug is leaking oil. Get the seal replaced or try and apply ANABOND rubber sealent on the edges from where the oil is leaking.(you will find the tube on automobile spares shop.)

              Offlate,even my 220 has started showing signs of heating.It has done 1000km till date,planning to shift to motul 5100
              Socha Toh Locha.

                Since it is just 3 months old, take it to the service centre. They will do it under warranty.
