Thanks dude. but I was looking forward to find out the root cause of the problem, and I think I found it out.. What I assume is, the breather hole should be covered up (dirt/dust probably) & when the fuel tank is exposed to hot sun, the fuel evaporates & some amount of pressure is formed within the tank. So once you open up, this evaporated fuel escapes adjusting to the regular atmospheric pressure. Just a wild guess!!!Originally posted by Mecho View PostLeave a comment:

i have also face this problem quite no. of time, and the simple way to start the bike is to open the lid/cap of tank for some time & let some gas to escape and then try again,
if then also it doesn't work-try to use kick few time
(for P200/P220-take the bike to some speed and start it using shifting up/down gear-it definitely works)

First of all change your mechanic. A mechanic who cannot open screws should be ashamed of himself you dont need lathes to that just remove the coil and put and avenger's coil or you can rewind your coil with a higher gauge wire. Thanks,, I'll check it this evening, BTW I am changing my coil to avenger's today. But unable to unscrew the pulse generator screws. So I went to a mechanic. He said it's better get help from a lathe workshop
