    help me, poor after sales service of Honda

    hi frds,
    i am a honda user ...in 2006 i was having honda unicorn ..in 2009 honda stunner now in 2011 i hv honda unicorn dazzler ...but i am so much annoyed with service and parts availability after getting 15 day of purchase my bikes digital meter get struck (not working ) continously following up from last 3 months with dealer ..no response after tht my bikes engine is creating noise i tried it three times bu sending it on complaint and service but result is same...can any one help me to get honda india 's mail address where i an complain or any suggestion ....

    i want to file a complaint to consumer forum help me in tht too
    this time i am sure i ll never go for honda again in future....

      Or try to contact ppl who deal with parts directly - Honda

        +1 take the issue to higher authority. Nowadays its very difficult to find a authentic honda dealer.

            by mentioning authentic dealer i mean to say A genuine/ proper Dealer(hope am right with my English, if not letme know. Sorry if i mislead you) who will provide proper service/ parts,
            Who won't insist their customers to fix local parts and
            Who won't ask bribe to deliver parts in time.

            Am not blaming all the honda svc but i've been to almost all the honda svc in Bangalore and kannur for parts and service. No offence to honda but their customers deserve some more attention. So far mine is only a wet blanket experience with honda . No matter how wonderfull their product is, if they fail to provide proper service backup and parts, no thumbs up for them.
