      This is purely a carb related issue that T.A.S.S might've overlooked or ignored during the service. Just take it to T.A.S.S & get it done. Check the color of your plug, if I'm not wrong, it should be tard black. Post the pics of the plugs, if possible, we can try to narrow down the issue.

        just take TVS to task as the bike is new, threaten them and get things done.

          Carb problem on a 3 month old bike sounds unlikely. I guess the idling rpm is set wrongly

            You are Bang on point Satyen. This was idling rpm setting issue. I took the bike to TASC gave them a piece of my mind to get things moving and they got this right. Actually this bike needs slightly higher RPM setting for idling as being in gear and magneto (lights on situation) puts load on the engine.
