    Hey stunners and biker gods

Recently I got PULSAR 150 2003 Model from some acquaintance of mine. He had drove it 30000 Kms when he gave it to me.

Problem: My query is regarding the bike is that

    1) Its pick up is not so great, I have drove other pulsars and they are too fast

2)It doesnt seem to take load when driving up on inclination.

3)What are the necessary and sufficient precautions that I should take with this devil

4)Should I get somethings changed? If yes then what should be changed exactly?

5)Does any one know a good mechanic for pulsar in bhopal?

PS: My bike doesnt spit smoke or anything,NO heatups of engine, its smooth but just lacks pick up
    Thanks

I have got two words for you.

      CLUTCH PLATES

Get them replaced alongwith the pressure plates and your acceleration will become normal.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Got the clutch plates changed, there were 4 of them. Also got the clutch cover changed .

Now I have noticed one thing that my accelerator is not that smooth. What might it be?

Also I got the clutch loosened a bit, how should it be? The screw near the kick must be loose or tight?

        PS: acceleration is normal.
