Tuning the carburettor of cd deluxe
Hello everybody, I hope u all are doing fine. Recently i bought a hero honda cd deluxe for daily use..I noticed that the bike doesnt idle properly even after setting the idle screw nicely. SO i think the problem is with the AFR. In the manual it is mentioned instead of volume screw we have an air screw. So i m confused. Could anyone please help me out with this carburettor tuning????Last edited by sunilg; 02-22-2011, 12:38 PM.Tags: None

Aaargee: Thank you for the reply......I have already gone throught that thread....There it is mentioned that we have a volume screw for four stroke bikes but in the hero honda manual it is written that it is a air screw. but the position of the screw is left to that of the idle mixture screw....SO im a bit confused with it!!!

Check now, there's someone who's posted their pic of carb with fuel screw. I guess its Pulsar's; it should all be one at the same.Originally posted by rockstar18 View Postbut the position of the screw is left to that of the idle mixture screw....SO im a bit confused with it!!!
