  • Poor suspension

This is a mail from a OF MAANSAROVAR HONDA. I have bought a Honda CB unicorn Dazzler bearing registration number TN-22-BK-6390 on July 2010. From the date of purchase, i am facing problem in the rear suspension. The vehicle is not smooth and it is like riding a bullock cart. For this I HAVE WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY 72,000. I am informing this to the service centre right from buying the vehicle. But they are just adjusting it and givng it back. Once, while complaining about this and taking in a strict manner, the service manager replaced my vehicle's suspension with CB UNICORN's suspension which was more worst. . Again and again, i am coming to the showroom and reporting the problem. Then one time while giving the vehicle, a lady service executive made the job card. When i told this problem to her, SHE REPLIED ME AS THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE FRONT FORK AND BECAUSE OF IT I AM FACING THE PROBLEM. WHAT AN CLEVER ANSWER. In job card, it is written as front fork problem. FROM THAT DAY PROBLEM IN FRONT SUSPENSION ALSO. So totally i am feeling like i am riding a bullock cart and i am FACING SEVERE BACK PAIN BECAUSE OF IT. After writing many mails to Honda also there is no response. Each and every time i am visiting the showroom, i am just getting out frustated. This is going on a never ending problem and i am going every week to the showroom which is causing unwanted waste of time, money . Please help me guys......

well i can't comment on this particular problem......but it seems dazzler's rer end is little bit problematic.....one of my friend purchased adazzler few months back.....and ever since purchase there is a chik chik kind of sound from near the monoshock suspension. the same is duly informed to service center every time....they come up with a new reason.......sometimes they say ..."sir, problem is with swingarm and we need to change that so we have ordered for one as we don't have in stock".......next time they say"sir actual problem is with rear wheel axle and we have ordered a new one.".......well till date neither swingarm nor rear axle has arrived......the sound is still there......

in my opinion its just swingarm bush that needs either lubrication or replacement.

so the moral of the story is
      1. quality of honda bikes is not as good as we think it is.
      2. honda service centers are pathetic.
of course this is my personal opinion.

Why don't you take 2nd opinion somewhere else may be castrol bike zone. But don't get your bike service there, may lead to warranty cancellation.
