If you are running with new oil then no need to do a oil change for another 2 K Kms.....HH A.S.S. mostly do top ups and charge as if they had changed the oil.I had bought a pre-owned ZMA at 21,550 Kms maintained only by the HH A.S.S..and the oil was thick and black..the log said oil changed just 3 months before at 20,500...With old oil it had mild vibes and gear changing was a bit tough.......After i changed the oil the bike became smooth and is a pleasure to ride...Originally posted by ShahriarXtreme View Post

Most of the times the A.S.S of most 2 wheelers don't change but top up oil and return the bike. They have to do 30 to 40 bikes a day in metros and what can they do ?..If you sit on their neck and by their side, only then you can be sure of a proper oil change..even then the oil comes in drum and we many not know it's quality. This is not to say all A.S.S follow this method....but then the bike is ours and like a family member we must take the initiative to ensure it's well being....just my thoughtOriginally posted by MSN1 View Post++1 to PSR the bike engine is from Honda so trying Honda recommended grade wont cause any issueWhen Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

Hey Shahriar,Originally posted by ShahriarXtreme View Post@Gthang bro when i try to observe my bike by raising the rear wheel & by slotting in every gear the result is worst...i get more vibes....
I do not rely on svc guys for oil change. i change it myself after every 1000kms.
From your previous post , you mentioned that there are vibes with centre stand on and in neutral as well, correct? Have your mechanic check all mounts, especially ones with bushings of any kind. Make sure they are not loose/out of place, etc. As papan_5069 mentioned, there is a tank mount bushing as well, have that checked too.
If your vibes go away after that, you might have solved your problem.
You could additionally have drivetrain issues if vibes are increasing when gears are engaged. have your mechanic check your front and rear sprockets for play, bearing noise, etc.
I think/hope this should fix your problems and wish it is not more complicated than that with engine internals.
Good luck, bro.

Did you try replacing the engine mounts and rubber paddings?
I read that you told mechanincs to do, but I assume that It hasnt been done.
Enigne or Engine oil must not be problem. Those nuts and bolts need to be tightened at perfect torque. If the SCV is not helping. Directly contact the regional manager of HH, they will get it done.2007 - Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme

...i'll check what you mentioned...
i tell my mechanic to tighten the nuts and bolts only, dont tell them to change any rubber paddings coz they dont have it i guess & even if i tell them they will say its not needed i'm sure about it.Originally posted by riazmomin View PostDid you try replacing the engine mounts and rubber paddings?

Bro this is Bangladesh there is only 1svc of hh & trust me they s*** big time Even we dont get free servicing.
Even you know what many times i tried to clean my centrifugal filter & the other filter(forgotten the name) but the svc & every other mechanics refused to do so.they say its not needed untill there is any problem. In the svc once i forced them to do clean it but you know what they dont have any gasket to replace the older ones.
btw lets see what happens...after checking with my trusted mechanic & if the problem doesnt fix then i guess i'll have to take my bike to india to solve the problem

Update for all of you...sorry i'm late to reply....
Well my trusted mechanic said that my front fork is bend...but i dont think its true.....i consulted with another mechanic he said the front fork is ok & did something to the handlebars. After then i found out that the vibrations have reduced to some extent....i can feel the vibrations in 1st & 2nd gears now but feel it after 6k rpm in 4th gears. well i guess i have to live with it. but recently i noticed that the vibrations are mainly coming from the fairings not 100% sure.
if i can fix it then i will obviously let you know.....

recently went to svc & after riding my bike they told me that the problem is related to ring piston.
so they changed it.its been 1500kms since its changed.
handlebar & footpeg vibration has been reduced.but still it comes in after 4k rpm again
bike has become smoother but the vibration is still there.i was quite happy with it.but then i drove another cbz clocked 5k kms running with castrol gtx engine oil
has zero vibration in handlebar even at first gear & i became frustrated again.
any solution guyz???

It is a car oil, 20w50 grade, with friction modifiersOriginally posted by ShahriarXtreme View Postcastrol gtx
so may be, smooth ride is because of this oil.. (but this oil will also make clutch slip)
And also all engines goes smooth after 10,000 kms of running.
Btw, my friends hunk also vibrates at 4k rpm.

thats why wrote it. that proves what kind of maintenance that friend of mine does to that bike but even then zero vibration!!!!!
my bike has clocked 10500kms till now.
but my bike starts vibrating from 4k rpm to last rpm it goes. i read everywhere that cbz has very minimal vibration.it has resonance vibration in the region of 4.5-5.5k rpm mainly at the speed of 65-75km/h.even when i test drove my friends bike it only had vibration @4k rpm but after that it vanishes.
thats why i bought this bike.if i knew that from just 4k rpm i'll face vibrations i would have any day bought unicorn. even p150 vibrates from 6k rpm & the so called honda engine vibrates from 4k
