but my bike starts vibrating from 4k rpm
you also mentioned that you got its piston rings changed.. So after that it needs run in.
And i have noticed wide character of hunk & xtream. One of my friend's hunk vibrated so hard that chain cover cracked, front indicators hanged & many other things i forgot.. That too on highway trip of 300kms (always rode it under 7k rpm). Another xtream guy was happy ripping his bike without any problem.
Both these bikes were very ill maintained..

yeah piston rings changed but no improvement....bike has become smoother however....
but i never got the point why my bikes engine developed so much problem....provided that i took so much care of it.....if you ever look at my bike it will never look like a bike clocked over 11k....
very regular oil change, servicing, warming up engine every single day etc....

i too had a 250kms trip today. the handlebar vibrations has made my hands numb

today my bike struggled to touch 100km/h....whenever i tried to accelerate over 100km/h my bike gave up, felt like no fuel.then it shut off and i have to keep speed below 90km/h otherwise my engine shuts down or no acceleration.....
whats the reason of this cause?? see another problem has just came up

        Shariar'Bhai - please tell me
        1) what's your front/rear tyre air pressure ? What is the make and size of tyres ?
        2) when is the last time you replaced the front fork oil and seals ?
        3) when did you last service/replace wheel bearings ?
        4) when did you last service/replace cone set bearings/race in handle tube ?
        5) when was your bikes's carburetor cleaned fully and tuned ?

          thanks pinaki bro....
My bike has clocked 11k kms & its been 1year now.
1)tyre pressure: front:30psi+mrf zapper FS stock, rear35 mrf zapper Y stock.
2)never replaced the fork oil & seals, coz no leakage so far
          3)never serviced/replaced wheel bearings
          4)never replaced/servicedcone set bearings/race in handle tube.
          5)carb has never been opened/disassembled.....

but does all of it needed in just 11k kms??

Reduce front tyre pressure to 23 psi & rear to 29 psi , ride and give us the feedback on handlebar vibes .

Short answer - Yes . Long answer - The normal service schedule ( the one company writes of in the owners manual ) says no . With the unavoidable bad road conditions , monsoon-water-logging ,air pollution , hot summers , adulterated petrol , lousy service mechanics , constant stop & go traffic etc & my riding , I keep a "severe service" maintenance schedule which warrants all such checks every 10000 km / one-year .

Keep 24 psi for front tyre. definitely vib will get reduced. 30psi is too much for front.

Damn! you should have tried adjusting the tappets and the carb. I guess those were the culprit.
                        I am back!
