As of now I am least concerned about what gear to pick and more worried about health issues. I am determined for the ride. I am new to xBHP hence this may look duplicate to some already existing thread. If that is the case please point me to the correct post. Thanks a ton!

Riding tips for a relatively new Thunderbird rider
I am 5 feet 4 inches tall, 69Kg, 32 years old male software professional and just purchased Thunderbird Twin Spark. I have some back pain which is not regular and depends on how much time I spend working. I am planning to go on a long ride 1200+KM and am looking for some advice on possible issues of back pain and or fatigue and any modification tips for the bike.
