    any body can tell me about transfer of ownership of bullet 350 .
    it is haryana registered , but i want to registered it on UP no.
    as i m resident of UP so plz gys help me


    plz giude me stepwise , as i m waiting for ur response

    i have these documents

    1:- POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL CERTIFICATE
    2:-ORIGINAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
    3:-ORIGINAL FINANCE LETTER(as it was financed)
    4:-OWNERSHIP FORM SIGNED BY ORIGINAL BUYER
    5:-MY DRIVING LICENSE
    6:-INSAURANCE LETTER ORIGINAL
    GUNS & GUTS , R FOR BULLETERS

      it is advisable that you get the bike transfered to your name in haryana itself and then get an NOC from haryana RTO and transfer to U.P. submit NOC in U.P. RTO and get a U.P. number.

          Also, A quick one. I recently sold my bike. When I bought it, I was staying in Vizag and registered it there. Now, since I am staying in Hyderabad, I sold it to some guy here. Is an NoC from Vizag (different city, same state) required for the buyer to register the bike in Hyderabad?
