Engine coil replacement - By Engine Coil, if u meant the stator coil, Cost of Avenger stator coil is 532 INR.. I dont know if a 150 UG2 would cost 1000 bucks.. and replacing it is just a 10 mins job.. (I have done that DIY ..its simple)

Try disengaging each spark plugs..(wrking with singe one)

Want to fit HID light from philips/Osram for better road visiblity - Philips HID would cost you 4500 INR (I believe it comesonly in pairs @ 9000 INR) + Projector extra

Morever my mechanic tells me that if i happen to puncture the tubeless tires , then it's very hard to operate on that puncture than normal tires.
_ Then what is the point in buying tubeless tires?? (point punctures)

If i fit HID light do I need projectors too - Yes.. It's illegal to run with HID w/o projectros.. You wanna blind the on-coming traffic??? (Frustrated!!!!!!!!)

    Good luck dude!!!
Actually CDI + Coil costs around 950 bucks. When u puncture the tubeless tires u should mend it , only thing about tubeless tires is that they lose air in a much slower manner rather than losing it rapidly as in case of normal tires. Moreover what u said is more like RunFlat tires which will cost around 7000 or something not sure .. where when punctures it can actually run another 2000kms , but u cannot mend it instead u'll have to replace it , which is a Costly affair.

@others: So after the mechanic reworked and all , now the engine doesn't get abnormally hot, but still that "stammering " happens even after cleaning and replacing the spark plugs(for which he said it's in good condition and doesn't need a replacement). Took a test ride at the highway and at the point of stammering , if I engage the clutch the bike actually switches off. From my analysis , I can see that at the point above 5000rpm engine tends to switch off and since the gears are engaged it's trying to start again where u feel that jerk !. And all the CDI and coils that are replaced , are from genuine bajaj parts.

then go ahead and give a trial..see how it reacts..
But yes dont forget to remind him all this happend after the periodic servicing of the bike!!!!

There has to be something in the fuel mixture too.....residual or water has to be there if its not the spark plugs.....

I know what you must be going through when the bike is sick and not treated properly!!!!

I'm not worried abt my bike getting sick since like humans bike too needs to be taken care , and my motto is like "more the kms in odo , more love and care for the bike " , but only sad part is that there aren't any reliable brand mechanics or even local ones with so much 2 wheelers running around. Another problem is that if i happen service my bike to these bajaj dealers then it'll cost me a fortune , and they throw bikes like it's some junk material , and i have seen it with my own eyes.

                open up your tank,remove it.
take out the cdi from its cupler, pour some wd 40 in the contacts, blow pressured air, refit.

                you are done.

It can be a minor problem like a choked air filter they might have completely soaked it with oil after cleaning... or it can be a problem with the needle movement inside the carb

Ask them to clean the air filter and the carburetor... tuning it again go for a ride and check..
Presence of MIND and self CONFIDENCE is the primary aspect You need to be on road, not what brand your riding gears are.
If you lack these two then DONT
