      hii,

please do not take this otherwise but it was better if you didn't play with your swing arm. every machine has its own design and you should not play with it. it is obvious that your karizma (once my dream machine ) is loosing balance. even I had a pulsar 180 UG4 3 months back and I was about to change the swingarm for disc brake setup but the pro biking guy told me not to play with swingarm and suggested me to buy a bike which comes with factory set disc brake (now Hunk new model). try to get the original setup back even tough you loose money. its your safety. only my opinion. experts may shed some light

        Agree with that.

Mono shocks which are put by local mechanics are not engineered, they just plonk it with a wild guess/measurement. The center of gravity, swing arm length etc matters a lot.

            +10 to both of you....
Now getting back to your problem , the mech guy has installed the mono shock correctly but has not taken the right alignment and measurement.....the entire weight is on one side of the bike....so you might expereince the bike going either on the right or left......all you need to do is remove it and revert to your stock settings asap!!!!!

If you do not do that there are chances where your bike might sustain severe damages, the entire welded stuff might come loose even at 25kmph speed....(i must say you need to participate for being a stunt man since you took it to 130kmph)...Anyways i guess you got what needs to be done!!!!

the comments above mine are absolutely correct....a motorcycle is engineered with great accuracy and precision...playing around with its engineering causes alot of problems and can land you in a fix in the future...so be safe and recover the previous state of your bike

Sai listen to all the advises given above...they are telling you what is correct, and is ultimately SAFE for you.Don't play around with the bike's suspension set up unless you are an expert designer at it,and are aware of the different critical parameters of the design.
Revert your bike to stock setup.Better to be safe than be sorry.

                  hii,

don't revert back to your stock setup by visiting any mechanic. better go to good Hero Honda service center and do it. i know it will cost more but not your life. because if you do not get it done properly again you will be in trouble. HH guyz know what is the setup. only suggestion

See, basically there have been some successful Monoshock mods. So, tell me the following details:

                    1. Which bike's swingarm are you using? Or are you using Karizma's Swingarm with Monoshock from another bike? If so, did you get it welded?

                    2. Was the balance loosing at 80 kmph earlier too, or it started later on after some using?
