Cannot be fixed? Are they nuts?!? For a second opinion, Take it to another honda A.S.S and see if they have a different view on this. Over heating can be caused by low engine oil. Check if it's in good levels or not.

        hii,

        some quesries?
        1) how old is your bike ?
2)did you do your run-in properly
        3) what engine oil you are using (grade?)
        4) where do u stay (avg. temp of your area)?

it is common that if your engine oil is thin like mine (10w30) then in hot climate it will be hot. again if you are running lean then it may happen. did you or service guyz mingled with the carburettor.

and regarding service center, just talk to regional manager and complain them about the service center and see what happens. they will beg you and if possible come to your home and say sorry to you (believe me)
Don't research too much while purchasing, else you will commit blunder
